Zeev Holtzman

Chairman of the Investment Committee

Founder and Chairman of the Giza Venture Capital group. More than 30 years of experience in VC and investment banking. Chairman of the Investment Committee of Giza Polish Ventures. Founded the Giza Group in 1985 and Giza Venture Capital in 1992.

Zeev holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Zygmunt Grajkowski

25 years of experience in corporate finance and new technology investments. From 1996 to 2002, Partner at Enterprise Investors – a company managing the largest VC/PE funds in the CEE region.

Zygmunt was previously a director of the M&A department at Price Waterhouse Poland. Since 2003, as part of his company Value Based Management Consulting, he has completed more than 70 capital and strategic consulting transactions in Poland and Central Europe.

Zygmunt graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at Wrocław University of Technology and holds a postgraduate diploma in Capital Investments and Financial Management from the Wrocław University of Economics.

At GPV, Tal is responsible for finance, accounting, administration and tax issues, and contributing his financial expertise to the fund's investment activity.

Previously, Tal was the Director of Finance at PortAuthority Technologies, a security software company acquired by Websense Inc. in 2006. Prior to that, he served as VP - Finance at Zinook, an investment company focused on seed stage technology companies, and was Senior Associate at Kesselman & Kesselman, PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv.

Tal is a certified public accountant and holds an LLM in law from Bar Ilan University and a BA in accounting and business management from the College of Management.

Wojciech has 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the new technology area. He specializes in business analyses of technological companies, including identification of key intellectual assets.

At Giza Polish Ventures, Wojciech is responsible for the analysis of investment projects and subsequent support in the management process of portfolio companies. He is a graduate of University of Economics in Katowice and holds a postgraduate diploma in IT studies from the Silesian University.

Partner at Giza Polish Ventures, Adam is a graduate of St. Albans School and Georgetown University, holding a joint degree in political science and economics with the highest honors (summa cum laude). Before GPV, Adam gained his professional experience in an Israeli social gaming startup and an energy-oriented investment fund.

At Giza Polish Ventures, Adam's responsibilities include searching for the new investment projects, conducting business due diligence, and drafting investment memoranda and term sheets. Before GPV, Adam gained his professional experience in an Israeli social gaming startup and an energy-oriented investment fund.

He is a graduate of St. Albans School and Georgetown University, holding a joint degree in political science and economics with the highest honors (summa cum laude); member of the Phi Beta Kappa society. At Giza Polish Ventures, he is responsible for preparing financial models of the analyzed innovative companies and constructing on their basis evaluation instrument with the use of methodologies relevant to knowledge-based companies, that is evaluation of the intellectual assets enriching traditional methods like EVA, DCF, or APV.

He graduated from Private School of Business and Administration and holds a postgraduate diploma in Managing the Value of Company from Warsaw School of Economics.
